Eve in the Garden of Eden and the forbidden fruit were my primary inspiration. The Old Testament tells of Eve who lived in paradise in total innocence until the serpent (the devil) enticed her to eat the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge. The apple of paradise. This is a contemporary version of the old myth of Eve just before she eats the apple

Born and brought up in a family of artists (my father was a painter) in Paris. I grew up in the middle of canvas brushes and oil paint. I've learned the process of painting in an Italian Renaissance style by reproducing the work of Delacroix, Botticelli and Raphael. I am a color lover. I work with oil, portraiture being my first passion. I spend my time between Paris and the french riviera (Nice).
