About The Artwork
The inspiration for this painting came from artists like, Rembrandt, Turner, Isaac Israels and more I hope to touch people and to let them feel and see the chaos around us in the world. The serenity and solitude we can feel as a human, but also the hope we can have and see through it all. I used oils to paint this with expression to capture the chaos of the world that could be warm but also be a lot to handle. It let me use the expression I love and also be tender and realistic. I love that combination the feelings and expression in colour and paint use. And the tender person we could connect with.
