About The Artwork

Tohu Wa Bohu is the term used in Genesis 1:2, to describe the state of existence of the earth before it's creation; with varying translations,,,without form and void, to Chaos and Desolation. Some sages refer to it as all the building blocks of the earth like boulders, water, mud, all tumbling around together in a formless mass, before the words were uttered, "Let there be light."
