ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This painting is based on a b/w photo from the 19th century. It shows a flour mill and the watchtower of Ressenblanc in Elche, Spain. Watercolor on 300 g/m2 paper. Note that my watercolors have a fringe of blank paper at the borders of 1 or 2 cm (0.3-0.7 inches) depending on the size of the paint. Those fringes are included in the given measures of the work.

Born and raised in Elche, Spain, surrounded by palms and pines and a heavy sun over my head. I´ve been drawing since my childhood, mostly interested in comics and illustrations. I´m interested in science, specially in astronomy, and I love being in nature at night, it has something magical and heart touching. My works are usually about places surrounding me that has a special meaning or I feel attached to in some way.
