ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I am currently on a painting residency in Renkum Holland where the "Dutch Barbizon" took place along the lower Rhine River during the late 19th Century. The book "Magie van de Veluwezoom" by Kapelle describes the Osterbeek School and its adherents. So I am here and inspired by the same landscape. This is a small piece on canvas paper glued to foam core board.
