ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece comes from "Italia" collection which contains pieces inspired by the sunny land if Italy. The artists main attention is drawn to detail. She's very picky when it comes to canvases for the background of each painting. This piece was made on sleek cream cotton canvas that brings up a special structure of oil paint - check up the video that shows a close up. Sides of the painting are a continuation of main view. I'm designing a conscious creative path with strong emotions, unique aesthetics and sensitivity to colour. INSPIRATION is everywhere. CREATIVITY is my spirit. ART is my life. In 2015 I defended thesis and project in the field of interdisciplinarity of arts: "Plane description of reality used in spatial design" obtaining a title PhD in Fine Arts. I'm a MFA in Architecture & Design Faculty (2008) and MFA in Painting faculty (2012) at the University of Arts in Poznan. I also work at the same University as a lecturer at Bionics Studio. Since may 2009 I'm a member of Dymlingen artist group in Jönköping, Sweden. In my paintings I like to combine architecture and graphic. I love creating canvases in different shapes - so they fit perfectly to the subject or object I'm working with. I paint mostly in oil and acrylic. I also enjoy working with structures in painting by adding more layers of different canvases.
