Whether the colors are strong, intense or pale, I am always looking for depth, perspective and light giving access to a world close to reality. My work is a construction of a world with color. Rather than limit myself to certain lines defining a landscape, an object or a figure imposing on the viewer a precise idea, I prefer to go beyond the limit to figuration. It is a balance that plays between empty and full space. In the creation of my works I keep in mind the intersection of the three dimensions. It is a systemic approach through which I strive to work to find a harmony between colors and perspectives that meet. At first, the search for color combinations is done with closed eyes; Too much interaction and distraction with open eyes. Although very concentrated I give free rein to the imagination. As soon as a mosaic of colors appears I strive to develop it to reduce it to two tones; Color sound and rhythm are the main component of my inspiration. I want to leave to the person in front of my work a spectable of which he would be interpreted. Once attracted he draws on his imagination, his feelings to give free rein to his feelings. In comparison with music, which is the most abstract Art, the non-figuartive demands to appeal to the senses. That is to say what we feel and this without any restraint because the experience is personal. He offers these gifts gifts, his absolute dedication to the act of painting, his extreme technical abilities combined with a vision that seeks endlessly. Through constant insistence and purpose, he has created eye-catching and personal worlds, with rich textures - calm and yet stimulating, whose splendor awakens our attention. He was granted a residency from the Josef and Anni Albers Foundation in Bethany, Connecticut. This residency was a key moment in his work.
