I painted this little girl thinking of the heat of the summer to the beauty of the fruits that our land gives us, in the hope that this will not end! Our children transmit with their sweetness the spontaneity that we read in their eyes even if only by offering a fruit, a cherry.

Mariantonia born to Italy - Parma, where does she live. Watercolorist by passion! I paint with joy to expres myself; the brush gives me the possibility to transfer on paper an emotion, a thought, a feeling or simply the inspiration inspired by an image. The sweetness of a face, the joy of a moment, an expressive gesture convey to me the desire to interpret them. The colors of nature are always a source of inspiration; from a simple leaf, from a sunset, from a flower I take energy and want to paint. I think this technique is the essence of spontaneity, water, the primary element for life, meeting colors creates contrasts, lights and shadows that can be guided but not trapped and therefore are an expression of freedom. In these few words I represent what it means for me to paint watercolor I have always had a passion for drawing and painting but life has led me to work in a completely different world. I then decided to devote myself to painting at a mature age. I frequented watercolor courses with the art teacher Ida Tentolini, falling in love with this wonderful technique! I have participated in numerous workshops with established and fantastic watercolorist Giuliano Boscaini.
