About The Artwork

I was inspired by groups of women talking in Venice Italy. This piece is one of four (3 remain) that generate whatever story the viewer wishes. We are not privy; we have no idea who these women are or what they are talking about. Use your imagination. Because of being in Italy I choose the Tondo shape wooden support. Much of the brush work is traditional but the cropping of the arrangement in the Tondo is meant to bring the viewer into the conversation as closely as possible.
