Yellow calendulas Painting

I have always been fascinated by the magical world of images, with its colors and varied shapes. From an early age, I knew my profession because I loved painting, and I painted almost all day. I work in different genres of painting. I am especially inspired by the colors of the native nature, and I often paint in plain air. I mostly work with oil paints. The heavy and expressive brushstrokes express my inner admiration and energy, with which I treat the subject of my painting. In combination of these styles, I got my own unique style, dynamically changing and developing it. Arus Pashikyan is an Armenian professional full time artist, painter, applied art designer and teacher. She received her professional education at the faculty of Fine Arts of the State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan in Armenia. After her master's degree in fine Arts, she returned to her native village. Since then she is working in koghb cultural centre as an artist, in koghb art school as a Fine Art teacher. Since 2007 she and two of her painter friends formed a creative group called ‘’Yereqnuk handicrafts” that makes unique painted handmade accessories. Arus Pashikyan creates her paintings in studio of Koghb art school. Her paintings can be found in private collections of Russia, USA, Germany, Austria, Norway, Hungary, Belarus, Finland,Italy, Armenia.
