tree-filled path in burgos Painting

in 2011 I walked 900 km from st jean pied de port to santiago in northern spain. this medieval route is commonly called "the camino" or "st jacques de compostelle". after returning I did a series of 78 paintings and a book, "paintings of a pilgrimage", was published in conjunction with an art show. my pilgrimage was done with joy and exhilaration. I hope this painting will speak to your heart and touch your soul. let all these colors depict a symphony of my journey to santiago de compostela.
