This is a one-of-a-kind hand-made cyanotype print on 140lb watercolor paper. Cyanotype is a 19th Century photographic printing process made by coating light sensitive emulsion on a substrate, such as paper or fabric, and exposing it under UV light. This piece was made by placing cutouts of drawings on drafting vellum onto hand-coated watercolor paper, which was then exposed under the sun, and developed in water. The final result is really a photogram of the artist's drawing rather than a photograph in the traditional sense. Each piece is unique one-of-a-kind. Actual print size is 14(h)x10(w) inches printed on hot press Arches watercolor paper. Mat and Frame NOT included. Signed and dated by the artist on the back of the print.
