Based on the story that Stalin, on becoming Premier of the Soviet Union, had the curtains in the Kremlin raised by 12 inches so that assassins could not hide behind the curtains. The original image was shot on Kodak EPR 4 x 5 and then printed on cross processed Vericolor Print Film
