El Turbante de Oro - Limited Edition of 1 + 1(AP) Photograph

I was born in Mexico City in 1954, I have a Laws Bachelor with an International Trade Specialty; for many years I was involved in the agriculture sector and in private commercialization businesses. Nowadays I’m focused in a personal project which seeks to diversify my work as a photographer. 20 years ago, I started in the photography world. I have always had the curiosity and wish of learning, so when I decided to start, I was just at the time when the digital age was starting. So, I had to study in-depth two major areas: Photography Techniques and Photoshop. Because of my age, the only way to do it, was by studying in the best schools, and attending seminars and workshops all around the United States and Europe in order to obtain photograph firm basis; like the school of EFTI in Spain and The London School of Photography. I During 10 years I attended every single year to the Photoshop World Congress in Las Vegas and Orlando. What a pleasure it is to live in times, where you can get all needed information by just asking another photographer or making a click on Internet. It is important to understand that there has been a big change in Mexico and all around the world, where the so-called masters of photography would never give you an advice or a formula to improve your photography, because are considered sacred secrets. Like everything else in life, it was full of unforgettable experiences and lessons that began forming my photographic personality. Actually, two experiences are the ones that influenced me, the first one, was through Julio Velasco, a great photographer who is also my best friend, he helped me to stablished my bases and influenced me to not only take photos, but to prepare and create pictures. The second one, was also through a photographer called Luis Caballo, we went together to Puerto Vallarta, a place where we normally spent Christmas and New Year’s Eve; but for this time we arranged a photo shooting in different scenarios, and I have the chance of admiring those wonderful places in a different way, now it was through my camera lens; for the last part of the shooting we ended up on a beautiful beach, and I witnessed one of the most amazing sunsets I have ever seen in my whole life, that was the time when I realized, that I has been there for many years and I have never took the time for admiring such a beautiful moment.
