About Evgeniy Shpilevsky: Born in Chernihiv, Ukraine, April 1966, Live and work in Kyiv. Under the guidance of his father, he has been engaged in photography since the age of five, consciously and regularly since 1976, from school years. The first photo exhibition was held in the regional palace of pioneers in 1977. In 1984-86. photographer of the military unit in SA. During training in ChGPI them. T.G. Shevchenko in 1986-1990 (Faculty of History) works on archaeological expeditions as a photographer. Since 1990, a member of the Chernigov people's amateur slide studio "Desna" and the photo club "Chernihiv". In 1993, with the formation of the Union of Photo Artists of Ukraine, the representative of the Chernihiv region. In 2002, he organized and headed the Chernihiv regional organization of Photo Artists of Ukraine. In 2003, as a full-time photographer, he worked in the creative group "Union-Film" of the cinema concern "Mosfilm" when shooting movies: "The Moscow Saga and" Heavy Sand". In 2003 he organized and conducted the first Sednev open-air "GOLDEN AUTUMN". Since 2004, the manager of the creative group "ArtLine". Since 2005, he has been a lecturer on "The history and art of artistic photography" in the private school "LOOK" and Ch.O.I.P.P.O. named after K.D. Ushinsky. In 2011, he organized and held the first Chernigov film festival "BAD-BOTTLE". In 2011, the artistic representative of the photo-video show balloons "Uletny Chernigov" In 2013, a member of the jury of the contest "OP Dovzhenko historian patriot", (Collegium №11) In December 2017, he organized and conducted the First Semarglov Readings in the PLAST-ART Gallery of Modern Art with a demonstration of the visual art of photography and painting. From April 2017 I head the Public Organization "Semargl Chernigovski" of visual art of photography and painting. Since September 2018, he organized and headed the private gallery "Artline Gallery" of visual art of photography and painting.
