Francisco is a photographer and visual artist whose work reflects a unique blend of culture, design, and a deep appreciation for the natural world. Born and raised in Mexico City, he developed an early passion for creativity, influenced by the city’s vibrant energy and rich artistic heritage. With a background in Industrial Design, Francisco combines technical precision with a keen artistic eye. His career in sports photography has led him to collaborate with major brands such as Lululemon, Nike, Red Bull, Monster Energy, and Mackage, capturing dynamic moments with clarity and impact. Beyond the fast-paced world of sports, he has always been drawn to the raw beauty of the Wild West, particularly its untamed horses and expansive landscapes. Now based in Calgary, Alberta, Francisco continues to explore new creative opportunities inspired by the region’s deep-rooted western culture. At the same time, Mexico remains a significant part of his identity. He frequently returns to its southern coast, where he finds balance through surfing and reconnecting with familiar surroundings. In 2020, Francisco’s work was recognized with the Honor of Distinction from the Black & White Spider Awards, highlighting his expertise in visual storytelling.
