Hello my name is Geoff Millington quite simply Geoff to everyone, born in Nottingham England during the 1950`s and so lived through that amazing colorful double decade of mid 1960`s to mid 1980`s when the world changed forever. I have traveled quite a bit and even settled in Portugal for 15 years, although i have always had a camera and taken thousands of photographs it was during my time in Portugal that i really discovered my penchant for wanting to take a different approach to photography. I make no apologies for the way in which i present my work, i refuse to spend hours manipulating my pictures in order to try and make them look perfect, i will leave that side of things to the holiday, perfect homes and supermodel brochures. The world is not a perfect place it has its imperfections and so do my photographs. I want you to feel as if you are standing where i was and seeing what i was seeing in that fraction of a second when i pressed the shutter and i hope you enjoy seeing now what i did then.
