Golden Sunset Over Pabbay - Limited Edition of 10 Photograph

Gold Sunset Colours Large Canvas Print Incredible golden reflections on the beach as the sun sets over the tiny island of Pabbay off the coast of the Isle of Harris in the far north of Scotland. Made on the most perfect of evenings as the sun was setting over the water and the reflections on the beach matched the gorgeous golden tones in the sky. Pabbay is now uninhabited but was once very fertile and known for the illicit whisky distilleries. The island was cleared for sheep in 1846. Pabbay is traditionally a home of The Clan Morrison which is the clan my mother was born into. From my new Northern Sunsets Series. The prints will be made on fine art canvas using a set of 9 colours of ink that are non fade for a lifetime. Canson paper was used by Picasso, Ingres, Chagal, Miro and many other artists. They have been making paper and canvas for photography since this art began over 150 years ago. Canson are Eco Friendly - they purchase paper pulp only from forests managed in a sustainable way which also makes them pretty special.
