Giles Norman is one of Ireland’s leading photographers. He first began building his portfolio in the early ‘80s and today it consists of over a thousand black and white photographs. While Giles is renowned for his dramatic Irish seascapes, his body of work also feautres contemporary scenes from London, New York, Paris, Florence, Rome, Venice and Bangkok. In 1988, Giles opened his first gallery in Kinsale, Ireland, and the current gallery building is also home to his studio, where he carries out all printing himself.
