Jerome Esch 034-L 01/10 This image was part of an editorial titled Manifesto, made for Spoon Magazine in 1999. It was also exhibited at the FFN photo biennial exhibition in 1999. It’s part of a series of 3, available here at Saatchi Art. Spoon was a cult fashion magazine, based in Paris and at its best around the year 2000. It was one of my favorite magazines to work for, because they gave me complete freedom. Large size limited edition of 10 images. The size of the image will be 90 x 90 cm (35.4 x 35.4 inch) , the size of the paper including a white border will be 110 x 110 cm (43.3 x 43.3 inch). A smaller standard size and a medium size version are also available. You can find them within my artworks section. I will print the image on Somerset Velvet 255 gsm paper with Epson UltraChrome K3 ink. Somerset Velvet for Epson is a 100% cotton, acid-free paper that delivers long-lasting prints. The print will have a white border of approximately 10 cm (4 inch). I will sign the print on front, right under the image in the white border, with an unique number, the year of creation and name. Please let me know if you are planning to remove the white border completely so I can sign on front within the image. I will sell prints only, so you are free to choose the frame or cut off the white border (or part of). I recommend to mount the image on Dibond or something similar (especially the larger size prints) and frame it with Museum Glass (UV Glass) for added protection, color and contrast. I will supply a certificate of authenticity, which can be attached to the back of the frame. All my images were shot on film, mostly medium format, with visible film grain, delivering an old-school photographic look. Three editions are available for this work: a large size limited edition of 10 images, a medium size limited edition of 10 images and a standard size limited edition of 20 images. There will be a maximum of 5 artist’s proofs (in variable sizes but not on sale). No further editions will be added! Pricing for images within a certain edition will be progressive.
