"Love Snitch" - art photograph by Inna Etuvgi, alias My Psychedelic Garden. "Due to "its green wings", it looks for me like a Snitch - a small flying ball from the Quidditch game ("Harry Potter", Joanne Rowling ). And its shape says about Love. If you catch Snitch it means that you, your team win! I still didn't decide is it a Snitch, who is in Love… or may it is a Snitch of Love. But I think if to catch it - it means to be in Love, happily in love, be loved mutually, as it is about victory too :))) I wish you to be in love and to be loved!" Her artistic journey began in 2020, and in 2022, she gained recognition as a finalist in the Arte Laguna Prize 16. In 2023, she received an honour from the Swedish Arts Grants Committee. Etuvgi’s works are featured in “Photography in the Visual Culture” 22/23 book. Navigating life with Aphantasia, Inna's mind doesn't visualise, but it pulsates with vivid concepts, emotions, and sensations. She uses her camera not merely to explore the world but to externalise her unique mental landscapes, making them visible. Each macro photograph goes beyond capturing a moment; it serves as a window into her inner world—a tangible representation of her cognitive realm

My work is a response to the delicate balance of life that I learned to respect growing up in the Arctic, where survival depends on the smallest signs of nature. Through macro photography, I magnify the hidden beauty of mosses, lichens, and dewdrops—overlooked organisms that play an essential role in maintaining ecosystems—challenging the human-centered worldview. With Aphantasia, my inability to visualize images internally, nature becomes my external mirror, reflecting my inner landscapes, coloured with emotions and sensations. This intimate dialogue with nature drives my creative process. By incorporating AI and generative digital art, I extend this exploration, blending the organic with the technological, to examine how humans fit into both natural and social systems. Ultimately, my art serves as a reminder of the fragile interconnectedness of all life. As we push forward into an increasingly technology-driven future, my work encourages viewers to pause, reconsider their place in the world, and embrace a more mindful and compassionate relationship with nature.
