Born in Italy, I began sketching before I could walk. A childhood of constant travel and relocation deeply shaped my artistic journey, fostering a sense of curiosity and adaptability that permeates my work today. Now based in Mijas, a charming white village on Spain’s southern coast, I draw inspiration from the rugged sierra, the Mediterranean's rich blues, and the distant Moroccan peaks. My artistic path has been enriched by diverse experiences: restoring ancient paintings in Italy, studying illustration in Argentina, and exploring analog photography in Madrid. Over the years, I’ve worked in vibrant creative hubs—from opening my first studio in Cadaqués to joining artist residencies like 59Rivoli in Paris and collaborative spaces in Barcelona and Madrid. Alongside creating art, I’ve been deeply involved in humanitarian initiatives, particularly art therapy programs for migrants and unaccompanied minors. These experiences have shaped my belief in art as a tool for healing and empowerment. Having survived life-altering challenges, including a childhood coma and a road accident, I’ve come to see my physical and spiritual recovery as an integral part of my creativity. This journey led me to practices like QiGong, which now complement my work as an artist and art therapist. Living near the cultural crossroads of Southern Europe and Northern Africa, I feel compelled to explore themes of migration, healing, and transformation. My work reflects the intersection of physical and spiritual journeys, offering a space for connection and self-discovery. Through my art, I strive to inspire resilience, foster understanding, and highlight creativity’s potential to drive collective healing and social change.
