ABOUT THE ARTWORK
My aspiration is two fold. First to inspire and bring an awareness of how beautiful nature can be and second how precious our ecological system is to the human race. If you are like me you take for granted the air we breathe, as well as not being flooded by the ocean or having our communities burnt to the ground. I am inspired by my discoveries that show the many facets of nature. These images are unique and defy any category or trend in the past. The question is will this exist in a couple of generations to enjoy in the way we do today. Milkweed photographed on a flat light with a piece of glass over it to make it flat. Taken in the studio 35mm camera. Sepia toned in photoshop.
