Born and raised in Jerusalem (Israel), son of a performer and a sculptor, Tai lived many years in Italy where he studied Art & Design. He moved to Barcelona (Spain) twelve years ago, where he studied Photography and Digital Creation and has been working since then as an Artist and Photographer worldwide collaborating with artists, research centers and theater and dance groups, such as La Fura dels Baus (Barcelona), Cesc Gelabert (Barcelona), Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company (Israel), RIMAZ Dance company (Palestine), ARD Dance company (NY), CRI – Center for Interdisciplinary Research (Paris), Terreform One (NY), among others. His practice goes from performing arts photography, social portraits and activism to installation and mix media, establishing a new relational chain between different disciplines - photography, sculpture, dance and technology. His works are part of private collections around the world, such as Vera and Arturo Schwarz collection (Milan, Italy), Galila Barzilai Hollander collection (Brussels, Belgium), and in private collections in Portugal, Spain, England and Israel.
