My name is Andrey Omelyanchuck and I am passionate landscape and cityscape photographer. I was born and live in Moscow. I love to travel and discover different cities and countries through the lens of my camera. I am an ancient history geek and I have a passion for learning about humankind origin and our civilization roots. I often travel to countries and cities with huge historical and cultural heritage to capture unique images of ancient relics and learn something new about their history. In my urban photos I always try to show historical depth and unity of ancient and modern cultures. I admire Beauty in all its manifestations and I am trying to learn and understand why we believe that some things are beautiful and others are not. In my Quest for Beauty I often escape from the bustle of the city and travel to a distant quiet place to make photos of wild nature and rural landscapes. I have a partiality for different weather conditions such as rain, storm, fog, snow for their ability to miraculously change the mood of the scene and bring out wonderful magic light.
