Marta Valls has a Fine Arts degree from Barcelona University (1988), specialising in Photography. Marta lived and worked in England from 1988-1990, where started her artist professional career. In 1990 was invited by the Fondazione Italiana per la fotografia (Photography Italian foundation) to take part to the Bieannale di Fotografia (Fototgraphy biennal) with a personal exhibition, since then, Marta has lived and worked in Turin. She is an Art teacher in the secondary school. She has exhibited in many galleries in Italy and Europe.
