Back. Wooden frame and back. Aluminum hanging rail
C-Type printed on archival Canson paper with archival pigments. Diptych, framed. Solid beech wood, anti-reflective and anti-UV Tru Vue museum glass. Life-time warranty on colours.

This is the first artwork from the "Urban Impressions" that is presented as a diptych. Part of a sub-series where the split in the middle of the piece represents the uncertainties affecting us all, be it the ecosystems as well as our lives as urbanites.

The "Urban Impressions" series was created as a manifest and an invitation to reconnect with the invisible and the present moment, in order to find the beauty that surrounds us without us noticing it.
This pieces are hence captured through the lens without any kind of artifice or artifact, using only the natural light of the scene and optics of the camera, without any (photoshop) digital post-processing altering the reality as it was experience.

Pedro Correa is an internationnally acclaimed fine art photographer, displayed in the US, Europe and Asia. "After studying oil painting at the Royal Academy of Beaux Arts in Brussels I fell in love with photography. The result is a very personal style of impressionistic photography and a passion for capturing the ephemeral beauty of big cities. I don't photoshop or alter the moment: there is no need to modify reality, beauty is already out there."
