Adrian is a professional wildlife, Adventure and Natural History Photographer based in England’s ‘Last Wilderness’ Dartmoor, this land of cold stone, fast rivers and wild dramatic scenery inspires much of his work. It is in this harsh environment that Adrian is most likely to be found, working alone with his camera seeking to capture the very spirit of the wilderness, its wild beauty and the isolated communities which survive within its boundaries. Photography has led Adrian to travel widely and he has developed a special love of Africa, its animals, people and vast diverse ecosystems and to this extent he has produced a limited number of photographs detailing both the wildlife, people and the environment which they share. However, it is Dartmoor which holds a special fascination for him and has inspired his future exhibition ‘Wild Dartmoor’ and his encyclopaedic knowledge of wild places and the creatures that can be found in them has proven inspirational to both collectors and fellow artists alike. Adrian only produces photographs in small numbers, believing that imagery like the places he in which he works are natures best kept secrets.
