Poplar, London V was shot in 2020. Constructed in 1972 as social housing, the Robin Hood Gardens estate incorporated broad aerial walkways. The design concept has flaws which affected the residents. Although many architects petitioned against the demolition of the estate, the council passed plans to demolish it. This photograph is part of an ongoing architectural photography project, focussing mostly on brutalism. Fuji Crystal Archive matte paper C-type print, a premium quality paper, and process favoured by Adam for its natural photographic finish. The print is produced by one of London's best printers. Edition of 10. The edition measures 28.5 x 19.5 inches, which includes a 1.5 inch white border encompassing the image. Adam Kang proofs the print, and then sign & numbers each edition. The limited edition print will be rolled in a tube, and sent with a certificate of authenticity.
