About The Artwork
MY APPROACH to photography is through the eyes of a painter – a field in which I am formally trained. I use simple hand-held cameras and available light only. POSSIBILITIES (Limited edition of 4) I found a nature-made collage of textures and colours on a concrete path close to a water fountain. Splashes and seepage had caused some areas to oxidize and others to grow different molds. Light from a nearby street lamp gave the composition a warm glow. In my brightened image, I see a golden bridge with a good ‘possibility’ of surviving the rockslide on the left. How about you? Process: Museum-quality archival pigment (giclée) printed on premium Epson Velvet Fine Art paper. This thick and luxurious paper absorbs the pigment inks beautifully to provide color-retention that will last for 100 years or more. Finish: A 2-inch white border is provided on all four sides to allow for framing without a mat. Wider borders are available upon request. Each limited-edition print is signed, dated and numbered.
