ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This image is an edition of 10 with 4 left. It was layered by hand from multiple transparencies and was reshot after each layer was added. The layers were shot on a Saturday afternoon in Shanghai. It is from a series of mine called Transparent which is a collection of images each being composted of several layers. All layering was done by hand and without digital manipulation. Sold unframed.
