Synchronization N1 Photograph - Limited Edition of 10

CONCEPT "Synchronization" is my current self-portrait project, which combines elements of photography, land art, performance, and digital art. I seek out unique locations, whether they are famous or unknown, and incorporate compositions featuring different positions of my body within the landscapes. I interact with nature and align my movements with the lines, geometry, and colors of the places I visit. For me, this project is also a performance, usually lasting between half an hour to an hour. Sometimes, I have an audience, and other times it's a personal interaction with nature. TECHNIQUE I use digital processing to create this work, combining multiple images of myself taken from one point into a single composition. However, all images are real representations of my body's movements during this prolonged performance STORY Lanzarote Island (Canarias islands) I was captivated by the unique beauty of this location when I first laid eyes on it. I was inspired to create an art piece featuring the contrast of the black sand and the white, ethereal beauty of the human form. Me and my friend and assistant Irina spent an entire day scouring the island to find the perfect angle and lighting. The following morning, I set out to bring my vision to life. I moved from hole to hole, positioning my body within them and allowing the striking contrast to shine. Though the volcanic sand scraped against my skin, leaving me in pain, the final result was worth it. Passersby were caught off guard as they stumbled upon my performance in this unexpected location.
