I am an Italian artist who has been living in the UK now for half of his life. I am mainly a musician and sound guy/music producer that started painting a few years ago with the help of an amazing friend and artist as I could not afford to buy art I liked. I do like to work on unique pieces and never do or attempt the same thing twice be it the mix of colours, idea or the techniques I use. So each piece is unique and often not replicable even by the best. I love to use all sorts of techniques from palette knives, sponges, bare hands paint tubs to syringes, well, you name it. I often do mix the techniques based on what is coming through me at that very moment. None of my best work is planned as when I do plan I often fail miserably achieving anything that has both something special and it is unique as I am a perfectionist on all my other creative work, yet it is the worst thing I can do when I paint. When it comes to painting I have found that I achieve the best by letting go and channelling energy that I have yet to discover the provenance of. If you would ask I could easily say it wasn't me painting in that moment. Needless to say It is not a daily thing and so I paint only in special moments like that. I do like to experiment with different mediums and said techniques but due to lack of space I can not at this point in time really try some other techniques that I would like. One day! Here I am just putting up a couple of pieces I am wishing to let go as I need funds both to live and to do more work. If you are thinking that my work is expensive, well, I had a good look and for me to replace any of my work with something that I do like almost as much it would cost me almost double the price for a no name artist piece... I hope you like what you see, feel free to leave me a comment or ask any questions you wish. Time after time i like arts and creating & with my technical mind continous cravings for new geeky and technical things i get into things that i do seem to enjoy the most as they can bridge the gap between the two. Just like music and studio recordings i do like images, abstract concepts, bare beauty and essence, to that add the technical side of taking photos and here it goes, another perfect recipe for me. I have been taking photos for a little while now and i am trying both, to improve my skills and slowly getting the necessary equipment to get better and unique images. Mo Sorry I have no site up yet.
