The Needle - 1/1 Single Edition Unique Fine Art Print Photograph

This photo was awarded in the International Photography Awards (IPA, New York) and is part of a series of six images that show the landscapes of the province of Zeeland, the region where I live. This particular image I made with a long exposure of several minutes from the working island Neeltje Jans, part of the Dutch Delta Works that protect The Netherlands from flooding. I like the minimalistic character of this image. My latest work is becoming more minimalistic, revealing the essence of the Dutch landscape. The flatness makes the landscape graphic. By using a long exposure the sea gets a silky smoothness that increases the graphical quality of the image. This is a unique artwork that I sell only once. An exclusive fine art print. The photo will be numbered 1/1 and is provided with my signature and date on a certificate of authenticity. This image will be printed on museum quality fine art paper and delivered in a tube.
