About The Artwork
All my artwork is dedicated to how the passing time is lived. I work with the world of objects, which work like projections of human relations. A duality of time exists in the materials used: nature which dies and plastic that remains, like a desperate attempt to overcome death. The decontextualization of elements, its obsessive accumulation, manipulation or domination, make their definition to be lost according to their function, coming to form part of a system of conducts. All the images form a trick, under the appearance of intimate postcards. Personal environments replete with symbols that, in fact, represent an emotional exhibitionism. I intend to create a rhetorical game with the observer, that can construct the story from the clues that are shown.
