ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This image is designed to make people spend a lot of time wondering how it was created. All I will say is that it is a photograph and no photoshop was used to create the abstract effect. I only adjusted, saturation, contrast and sharpness. The image was shot in RAW, as is all my work, so I can prove that no objects have been added or removed. I call it Twisted Reality because that is exactly what it is. As a conversation piece hung on your wall its visual impact and creation will generate a lot of debate Size 147x100cm and printed on brushed aluminium using a complex thermal sublimation process. This high definition printing process onto brushed aluminium gives the colour of the image a strong impact as well as being very durable. Hanging rails are included. This is a one off piece, never to be reprinted in any form and will be supplied with a certificate of authenticity.

Russell Chapman discovered photography when he was 10 years old and it has turned into a life-long passion. His photographic work is varied, ranging from documentary photography, landscape and street photography to using his camera to produce abstract images. His documentary photography is published in the book 'Syria, Refugees and Rebels' and was invited to show and discuss his documentary work at Oxford University and Franklin University in Switzerland. Russell collaborates with the AquestArte gallery in Ascona Switzerland. His work is also used to theme a guest room at the Prijeko Palace boutique hotel in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As well as being a photographer he is also a writer with particular interest in politics and the middle east. He has been interviewed by a national Italian radio station as well as by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. His work has also been published several times in a Chinese national newspaper
