"Unnamed-Dogs on Holiday II" Photograph - Limited Edition of 50

My work focuses on quiet moments where movement briefly interrupts stillness. I’m drawn to scenes that feel simple at first glance, but carry tension, emotion, and a sense of time passing just beneath the surface. Working primarily with black and white photography, I aim to strip images down to their essentials — light, form, and feeling — allowing the viewer to bring their own memories and interpretations into the work. By removing color, the images become less about a specific place and more about a shared human experience: freedom, anticipation, calm, and letting go. Much of my recent work is created in series, often captured during the same moment or evening, exploring how subtle shifts in movement and perspective can change the emotional weight of an image. I’m particularly inspired by nature, water, and spontaneous, unrepeatable moments that exist only for a fraction of a second. My goal is to create photographs that invite pause — works that feel timeless, understated, and at home in modern, minimalist spaces.
