Saidat (born 2004, Lagos Nigeria) is a Contemporary Artist, who lives and works in London. She takes an eclectic approach to her work and is constantly experimenting with a combination of media and unconventional materials such as analogue photography, fabrics, textiles and collaging. Her artistic style is a fascinating blend of multi-perspective and distortional realities. She deftly shifts between creating realistic and impressionistic pieces, each perfectly capturing the subject's essence. Her works are characterised by the use of various textures that add depth and dimensionality, resulting in an alluring visual experience She is currently studying a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and Art History and she is the chief in editor of Floppi which is an independent fine arts magazine.
