In Cuba dance is a way of life. The forms of dance are full of motion, rhythm and life. I found it best for me to capture the dance as movement and forms. Shapes that show the different styles of dance as full of excitement. My work is printed in the Bromoil Process. A black and white silver gelatin print is bleached to remove the silver. It is then soaked in water to swell the gelatin. After careful surface drying it is inked with lithographic is at this pint the print becomes unique. Each piece is hand inked no two prints are exactly a like. Marking vary in each print. Editions are limited to five in each size range.
