Abandoned garden Print - Limited Edition of 1

This is a natural imprint of plant leaves on silk. The colors are natural dyes extracted from plant material via technique of contact dyeing, aka natural printing. This printing technique is novel. The basis of the art work is created via a number of chemical reactions between natural stuffs resulting in colorful and color fast imprint. I further highlight some elements with gold leaf or other material. This piece is stretched over a foamboard and sealed with brown paper on the back side. Ready for framing.
