This print was made for a fundraising exhibition for the Graphic Studio, held at Graphic Studio gallery in Temple Bar, Dublin in 2013 in association with James Plunkett's novel 'Strumpet City' being the UNESCO City of Literature 2013 Dublin: One City, One Book. It was mainly images of parts of Dublin. I realized that the city at night was more appealing for me and so after taking photos of lots of places in Dublin I settled on this image of the original houses of parliament and now Bank of Ireland in College Green. This image along with “Let Us Rise” are included in The Dublin Art Book.
