About The Artwork
Age of rock. Precambrian and Cretaceous. Type of rock. Igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic. The Rocky Mountains, also known as the Rockies, are a major mountain range and the largest mountain system in North America. This is a printing making art. It is a very colorful painting that gives me pleasure studying again and again though I have taken such a long time to develop. Though I have reduced these painting to very muted colors - i started with all the primary colors of red, yellow and blue. I get inspiration from nature and natural law. I wish the view to enjoy the painting as much as I do. I made this beautiful abstract painting as I would have it for myself and it fully comes with certificate of authenticity and a thank you note which I have signed. The Impressionists, and I'm influenced strongly by them as a self-taught artist. I was wondering what you all thought of the term "self taught artist." In m experience..I am a self-taught artist' because so many use it in the wrong context. I have studied art though out my life, Techniques and skill and even a point of view are often handed down, formally or not. It's easier to get started if you're taught, of course. But art ...!! If an individual has the desire to become an artist, that person will some how acquire the know-how of learning the skills. It may be through art classes, art workshops, college, or learning on their own....but it is not really important how he or she learns, as long as in the process and in the final result, he or she becomes the accomplished artist. #Inspired by human, nature and time also,
