London-born, Brighton-based, Fox Fisher is a multidisciplinary artist whose work weaves themes of time, nature, sacred geometry, and playfulness — realised as bold screen prints layered with gold, pastels, and neon ink on wood and cotton rag paper. Beneath the surface lies a deeper exploration of personal history: navigating the complexities of a lost boyhood and the imposed gauntlet of girlhood. That journey finds a parallel in Fox's practice of repurposing found and discarded materials — wood, book pages, forgotten objects — breathing new life into them in a creative act that mirrors their own nonlinear social and medical transition. The resulting work invites viewers into a world where reclaimed materials become vibrant reflections of self and identity. Fox's work is held in collections at Soho House properties, and they actively contribute to the artistic programmes of institutions including Tate Modern and the V&A. Visitors to Brighton can experience Fox's Pharmacy of Dreams room at the Artist Residence hotel. Fox also leads an immersive one-day screen-printing course at Ink Spot Press, sharing their expertise and fostering new artistic talent. Fox holds an honorary doctorate from the University of Brighton, awarded in recognition of their creativity and pioneering education on trans issues in UK media. Recent recognition includes the Rainbow List 2025, Big Issue Changemaker 2024, and the UK Diversity & Inclusion Top 50.
