ARTIST STATEMENT As a wood block printmaker, I use the medium to draw with light and shadow. The organic grain of wood serves as a reminder of our connection to nature and the uniqueness of each piece. Plants symbolize growth and resilience, reflecting my own personal journey. Through a labor-intensive process, I create art that conveys the fragility and strength of life.
