Sculpture Red/Mint - Limited Edition 1 of 1 Print

The work consists of a photopolymer etching pasted on a thick plywood plate, which was then worked over in mint pastel and varnished with yacht varnish,encasing the block in an amber-like effect. The bottom edge is cut in an angle. The print itself was made at Creative Spark Print Studio (Dundalk, Ireland) and originated as a failed print for a limited edition red series (25 prints) of “Sculpture” for the 20/20 print exchange 2017 It was excluded from the final set and chosen for this unique piece instead. The subject of the print is a modified photo of a sculpture (vertical stele) next to the back of a cow. The block is initialled and dated (“BG 2017”) Weight without packaging: 760 g
