I originally trained as a textile designer and have had a long career as an artist, illustrator and designer. I explore gestural and accidental mark making by experimenting with painterly printmaking techniques. I enjoy the unpredictability of working this way and also the sense of immediacy that it gives to my work. My playful text based and figurative works are records and representations of the random ‘stuff’ that I collide with in my daily life.
