Black Square is an original and unique wall object, was created together with my husband Michael Rofka. This objekt was made from a wood and painted with a black acryl paint. A blach square is not only as a wall objekt, but also a prototype of a sound game (variant of a xylophone), which is playable. The clamped pieces of wood are not musically arranged chromatically but "confused". The individual sounds and musical varieties can always be rediscovered. Ready to hang.Dimensions: 72 x 72 x 6 cm. I was born and raised in the Ukraine. Also I studied Fine Art in Ukraine - in Lugansk and then in Kiev. Now I live and work in Germany. My works are permanently involved in various exhibitions. My ideas of sculpture on a large scale, I realized with my husband Michael Rofka on symposiums and art projects around the world. In most cases, I create my art in a realistic or impressionistic style, rarely decorative, fantasy and figurative. It is an oil painting or watercolor, sometimes acrylics; wood, papermache or a concret sculpture. But I'm changing, and developing my art further . I create nature, landscape, animals, still lifes and portraits... Every painting or sculpture are signed. Sometimes I use the name Anna Rogova or Anna Rofka.
