Agony Sculpture

Kushnaryov Artur Born on March 29, 2005 in the city of Chuhuiv. Since childhood, he was fond of drawing and creating designs from paper and plasticine. In junior high school he went to a creative club, and in high school he attended additional English classes. Works in the medium of sculpture. Before entering the Academy of Arts, he attended additional classes in drawing, as well as independently studied 3D modeling. In 2022, studying in the first year, he was inspired by the works of teachers and began to implement the author's ideas in the material. Participant of the residency "Artistic Wood: Existence and Form" (Department of Artistic Tree LNAM, April 3-5, 2023 The first exhibition took place already in the 2nd semester of the first year. Works from the "On the Edge" exhibition were sent to Prague for auction. In the same year, he received the first prize for participating in the student sculpture competition. But in a few months, he will present his personal project "Realiya". Artur continues to participate in many group projects in different cities of Ukraine, while simultaneously working on personal projects. In creative works, the author uses 3D modeling and 3D printing. A characteristic feature of all works is a polychrome contrasting palette, which symbolizes the intensity of emotions and the richness of experiences. All the works have a deep concept, despite the minimalist execution in some places. He is fond of wood carving and plans to use it more widely in creative works.
