This was was my second sculpture that I ever made. I was inspired by the animal because it is one of the first animals that was deemed extinct but made it back and now has replenished in numbers. Mild graceful antelope of the Arabian peninsula.

I am a second generation welding art artist. My father, Thomas Muchenga, was a metal sculpture artist who took part in exhibitions in the lateb 80s and early 90s. He taught me how to weld and I took a liking to making art out of stainless and mild steel. I try to express myself and my feelings through the art pieces that I make.
