LetovBarski Art Lab is a paper sculpture studio based in Estonia, dedicated to the exploration of spatial transformation through the balance of order and chaos. Each composition reflects a dynamic tension between precision and unpredictability—formed at the intersection of geometry, rhythm, and material sensitivity. Rooted in the traditions of kinetic and non-objective art, our practice reinterprets these legacies through contemporary means: digital modeling, algorithmic logic, and the meticulous hand construction of intricate paper structures. We view paper not as a passive material, but as a responsive surface—capable of recording force, folding into rhythm, and embodying spatial tension. Rather than representing the visible world, our sculptures investigate inner structure. Across evolving collections, we explore how form emerges from instability, how color becomes a response to pressure, and how rhythm arises from silence. The result is a form of paper architecture—deliberate yet intuitive, ephemeral yet precise. LetovBarski’s work inhabits the space between mathematics and poetics—a silent choreography where logic becomes gesture, and structure becomes expression.
